Business-user scope

Enstellis is intended for merchants and operators acting in the course of trade, business, craft, or profession. If mandatory consumer rights apply in a specific case, those rights continue to apply.

Acceptance of these terms

By installing, accessing, approving a paid plan for, or using Enstellis, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the Shopify merchant or organization using the service and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service and uninstall the app.

Service description and boundaries

• The app audits Shopify shipping configuration, saves baselines, and highlights drift over time
• The product is intentionally read-only and does not automatically edit merchant shipping rules
• The product is strongest on Shopify-native delivery profiles and may have partial visibility into third-party rate engines

Contracting and service language

• These terms are provided in English for international merchants and operators
• Paid plans are approved, renewed, and cancelled through Shopify billing
• Pro free trials are limited to one trial per Shopify shop. If a shop has already used its Pro trial, a later Pro approval may start at the paid monthly price without another free trial
• The public terms remain available online so merchants can store or reproduce them for their records

Support

• Support is provided through support@enstellis.com for active merchants, billing questions, privacy requests, deletion requests, and reasonable post-uninstall lawful requests
• Support requests should include the Shopify shop domain, the affected page or workflow, and enough context for Enstellis to investigate safely
• Enstellis aims to support merchants in a timely and reasonable manner, but does not offer 24/7 support, emergency response, or a guaranteed response-time SLA unless a separate written agreement says otherwise

Data processing terms

Where Enstellis processes Shopify store data on the merchant's documented instructions to provide the app, Enstellis acts as a processor and the merchant acts as controller. These terms, together with the Privacy page, form the data-processing terms for that workflow.

• Subject matter and duration: Shopify shipping QA, audit history, monitoring, support, and billing context for as long as the app remains installed or as required by law
• Nature and purpose: read-only access, storage, comparison, alerting, support, security, and deletion/redaction handling
• Data categories: merchant/store identifiers, shipping configuration, audit snapshots, alert email if configured, support correspondence, and technical security data
• Data subjects: merchants, staff, app users, and limited customer data only if it appears inside Shopify configuration or support context
• Enstellis personnel and subprocessors must process data confidentially and use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards
• Current subprocessors are listed in the Privacy page; Enstellis remains responsible for subprocessor work and will update the public list when material providers change
• Enstellis assists with privacy requests, security obligations, deletion or return, and reasonable audit or information requests through the support/legal contact

Service changes and complaints

• If Enstellis materially updates the terms, the published effective date and public version on this page become the controlling version
• Operational complaints should be raised through the support email linked from this page first
• Privacy complaints may also be escalated to the Romanian supervisory authority or your local EU authority where applicable

Availability and service end

• Enstellis uses commercially reasonable efforts to operate the service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 24/7 availability
• The service depends on Shopify APIs, Shopify admin availability, app hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery providers, internet connectivity, and other third-party systems outside Enstellis control
• The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, incidents, provider outages, security work, or changes needed to preserve reliability and legal compliance
• If you uninstall the app, access stops and Shopify notifies Enstellis so store-linked app data can be deleted from the app database
• If you reinstall during the same Free audit allowance window, the used Free audit count may be restored using a minimal protected fair-use record; uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not refresh the Free audit allowance
• If you reinstall during an already-paid billing period, Enstellis may restore Pro access until the paid-through date using a minimal protected entitlement record; this does not restore deleted app data or grant another free trial
• If a paid subscription ends while the app remains installed, Pro features stop or downgrade while app data remains available as part of the installed service unless deletion is requested or the app is uninstalled
• If Enstellis sunsets the service, Enstellis will follow Shopify's applicable sunsetting process, give notice where practical, cancel active app subscriptions where required, and handle remaining data according to the Privacy page

Billing, acceptable use, and liability

• Paid plans are approved and renewed through Shopify billing
• Merchants remain responsible for their live checkout behavior and shipping decisions
• You may not use the service to interfere with Shopify, abuse other stores, or bypass platform controls
• Enstellis is a decision-support product and does not guarantee carrier performance, legal compliance, or commercial outcomes
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enstellis is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, business interruption, lost opportunity, or loss of data
• Enstellis is read-only and does not edit products, orders, delivery profiles, checkout, payments, shipping rules, live store settings, or other merchant-owned Shopify data
